The SEVEN Jewels of Orion

Once upon a time, there were seven planets. They were called “The Jewels of Orion,” for they were crafted by the god, Orion, and he created them as a gift for his true love - the Starmother. He imbued each of these planets with one of the seven energies of the Starmother, so that she would truly see his love for her.

ARMAA

The first planet was the red planet: Armaa. Orion imbued this planet with the energy of Stability, for the Starmother was strong, and always stood her ground. Those that lived on this planet were stout and trustworthy. They had strong legs, and they built red pyramids to honor their creator.

 CULTIVAR

The second planet was the orange planet: Cultivar. To this planet, Orion gave the gift of Abundance - for the Starmother was generous and giving to all - and indeed the planet was lush, tropical, and bountiful. Those who dwelled there wanted for nothing, and they loved to revel, drink sweet wines, and make love under the canopy of the massive Great Trees.

TITUS 

The third planet, Titus, was the golden planet. To this planet, Orion gave the gift of Knowledge, for his love was a force of powerful intelligence. This planet contained mines filled with precious metals, and had a single silver moon. Its inhabits were born rulers, for they had mastery of the physical world, and were capable of leading others.

 ELYRIA

Orion then created the fourth planet - Elyria. It was the smallest of the seven, and yet it was the most precious, for he created it in the likeness of the Starmother’s favorite daughter: Voe. It was virile and green, and he covered it with forests of tall trees, and rivers of clear silver. He gifted Elyria with the energies of Peace and Harmony, and all were welcome there, so long as they maintained this peace.

TAZ-ABALONE 

The fifth planet, Taz-Abalone, was the blue planet. In this planet, Orion sought to capture that about his beloved which he knew he would never understand, and thus he gifted it with the energy of the Unknown. This planet was entirely covered by oceans, and all manner of mystical sea creatures lived in its depths. It had three moons, and there were many secrets hidden in its Deeps.

 VESUVIUS

The sixth planet was called Vesuvius. In this planet, Orion sought to capture the ancient and powerful wisdom of the Starmother - and so he built massive volcanoes, which shot gouts of purple fire into the heavens, shielding the atmosphere and preventing all but the quickest star travelers from reaching its surface. He gifted this planet with Wisdom, and those who lived there built temples in its mountains, and lived in utter devotion to the Starmother.

AVALON 

The seventh and final planet was called Avalon. Orion crafted it entirely out of rose crystal, so that it would shine with the same light as his beloved’s eyes, for he believed this to be the highest and most pure beauty of all. To this planet, he gave the gift of Clarity, and none were allowed to dwell there, for none were worthy of that gift except the Starmother herself.

 THE LIFESUN

Finally, Orion lit his creations with a glorious Sun. It shone with a deep gold, and as its rays touched upon the Seven Jewels, each planet’s heart-cavity began to fill, and thus the first Lifecycle of the galaxy had begun.
